This is a common question asked by new believers, or those new to reading scripture on their own.
And the most common answer?
The book of JOHN!
This gospel is different from the other gospels in many ways:
It tells us more about the other disciples personalities,
It provides details to the stories not included in the other gospels, and
It focuses on the deity and humanity of Jesus, emphasizing that He was both fully God and fully man.
Read John!
We will read one chapter a day, for 21 days.
Each day you will receive an email with reflection questions and study notes on the day's chapter.
Read the chapter and take notes using our T.E.N.T. worksheet for that chapter.
Join in the conversation for the chapter in the Private Facebook group.
What sets this challenge apart from all the other studies on this gospel?
This is a "done with you," not a "done for you" Bible study. We believe that the Holy Spirit is our primary teacher, and as believers, we have everything we need to study God's Word for ourselves. Yet, many of us have never taken that next step to do so. With this study, we have some "training wheels" in place to help you get started, and we will be walking along side of you as you study.
